What's Covered:

What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading fabric, light scratches)
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
How It Works:
- Register your product within 30 days of purchase by filling out the form below with your name, order number, and email address. Quick, easy, and hassle-free!
- Keep your order confirmation or Amazon order number as proof of purchase.
- If you ever experience an issue, contact our support team at support@lunixinc.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos or a short video of the issue.
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours. If covered, we’ll offer a free replacement or repair instructions to fix your device.
- All covered replacements are free of charge. For claims made after one year from purchase, customers only cover the one-way shipping cost, while Lunix provides the replacement at no cost.
Important Notes
- Warranty is only valid for items purchased directly from Lunix. Purchases from unauthorized or third-party sellers are not covered.
- Lunix does not operate a “new-for-old” replacement policy once the product has been used.
