This is the best thing ever it has minimized my pain for fibromyalgia and lupus. Recommend this product to anyone that suffers from chronic pain issues. It has helped me very much. The price is reasonable compared to other companies out there. The material is fantastic and it holds up very well. Customer service is great. You can call them anytime 24 hours a day seven days a week and I have put them to the test and call them anytime I’ve needed any questions. They have always answered me.

I have been actively running this fake scamming company into the ground. I have the NY AG letter of dissolution to take this company and pull their license to operate. Thy re being investigated by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and the Better Business Bureau was already investigating them. Amazon now has a full investigation in progress after I sent them LUNIX's fake documents saying my package was sent by Amazon. Amazon has absolutely ZERO record of ny package being delivered to me from LUNIX or any orthopedic pillow set. They agree this company is a scam and are pulling them from Amazon Marketplace with action preventing them or any of the employees ever being able to re-open another account. They delivered to my dumpster. It was left in the rain for over 24 hours. I have the FTC, CFPB, Sheridan Police Department all investigating your fake address and website. The local Better Business Bureau knows them very well. I added their BBB to ADD LUNIX TO their directory and they assisted me with how to proceed, and a review has been submitted. They knew their name and address before I even finished my sentence. Why lie about your location? You are all overseas with 1 contact here in the US. It’s ok, Apple Pay, Amazon, Trust pilot, Google Reviews scam advisor all have your information. plus they are ruined by Amazon. I snag them all their fake documents they sent me so that is forgery as well, and many other sites now have copies of your claimed website and many reviews are pouring in. I’ve added your company to each and every site so others have the opportunity to tell the truth since you do not know what the truth is. I have a retained attorney as of a week ago who is reviewing this case. This is a complete lie and the documents I received from the BBB, FBI and CFPB all shows they are lying. It’s a forwarding address no one can track down. Look on ScamTracker.com online and look them up I added them and it proves they are fake. Buyer beware. They delivered my box next to a dumpster laying in some sticky gooey mess and gas cans and chemicals which now is the reason why it smells like this. You want your items being delivered next to a dumpster in the rain for 24 hours and lay your head and body all over the pillows, oh yeah snuggle right in. They won’t publish this I’m sure but when they don’t, that will also be sent to the agencies above for refusal to post an honest review of their company and delivery disaster they think is absolutely no problem at all about. The foam could be more firm. It tends to soften and sink in after lying on it for some time.

Also, the pillows are smaller than I had imagined and not an ideal size for those on the taller side.

Not worth the price paid of $180.
